Applicants must be registered nurses who have earned a master's degree. A research application package must be completed and the team must be ready to start (or have already started) the research project. At least one member of the research team must have previous research experience. Preference will be given to members of both Emergency Nurses' Association (ENA) and Sigma Theta Tau International.
