The Frank E. Rogers Scholarship for Agricultural Studies provides financial support for graduating seniors of the Carl M. Small Regional Agriculture Center of Southington High School who are pursuing a college degree in agricultural food production. This is a renewable scholarship and students who receive the scholarship may apply for renewed funding in their second, third, and fourth years if they are attending college full time and pursuing a degree in agricultural studies as it related to food production.
